TONY

Certified Fitness Trainer 
and Professional Boxing Manager

Coach Tony Willis (or Coach T as he's affectionately known) is a licensed certified professional trainer and pro and amateur boxing manager. With over 30 years of boxing and martial arts training, he imparts upon his clients and trainees expert knowledge, strategy and technique.  Coach T practices many types of martial arts and holds high rankings in the disciplines of Gung Fu San Soo, Chinese Wing Chun Kung Fu, Hawaiian Kenpo and Indonesian Silat.  He also manages and trains professional boxers and MMA fighters and has co-trained and consulted with five top ten World Boxing Champions. 

 

Coach Tony doesn't only train and manage professional fighters. He is also the boxing and martial arts coordinator for Sony Pictures Entertainment, where he teaches group fitness classes and oversees various aspects of their corporate wellness program. In addition, Coach T trains many of his clients in private sessions focusing on strength and cardio building, self defense and boxing technique. He was a professional basketball player in the Canadian Basketball Association and a semi pro basketball player in the (CBA) Continental basketball association, so if he's not in the boxing ring, you'll find Tony on the court shooting hoops with his clients and friends.
